The L'Oreal USA 12-Month (JMA) internship program allows creative visionaries and strategic thinkers to enhance their marketing knowledge in a fast-paced and hands-on environment. The JMA program is paid internship opportunity that for candidates who have graduated with a degree within the last 12 months and is able to work 40 hours per week.We are looking for a Junior Marketing Associate to join the Haircare US Marketing team in the of L'Oreal USA. This position will be part of the 360 US Marketing team with the goal of creating and executing activations to promote sales & brand awareness through all touchpoints. Key Job Accountabilities:* Business Analyseso Data deep dives to diagnose business and new launch performance to identify opportunities for sales growtho Present findings in clear, concise dashboards and presentations shared with team and/or brand managers* Social Listening and Competitive Researcho Keep up-to-date on the latest products, trends, and insights across platforms (social media, blog, print/digital magazines)o Continuously compile information about competitive new launches and advertisingo Present competitive findings to team and/or brand managers.* Co-Management of Launch Processo Work with cross-functional teams to deliver consumer-centric & business driving launch within project timelineo Proactively track and manage all launch pieces with sales, supply chain, and inventory management to ensure timely in-store deliveryo Co-manage development and organization of all launch assets including artwork, content, & advertisingo Deliver trend insights and business data to inform launch strategy* Co-Execution of Business Plano Work with manager and agencies to organize and deliver creative feedbacko Own launch timelines of media, influencer, and in-store executionso Work with cross-functional team to include brand strategy across all owned platforms including email, website, and blogo Assist in creation of meeting materials* Administrative supporto Undertake ad-hoc projects specific to business/division needso Provide additional administrative support on an as-needed basisPerks? * Enhance their marketing knowledge through hands-on experience * Proximity & coaching from senior leadership * Key training sessions to enhance professional developmentRequirements:* Recent graduate (within 12 months) of a BA degree in a marketing or digital related field.* Previous internship related to social media, marketing or digital is a plus* Legally authorized to work in the US on a fulltime, permanent, and ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship now or in the future* Self-starter and capable of working under minimum supervision* Well-developed computer skills, including Word, Excel and Power Point required* Ability to manage, prioritize multiple assignments and work efficiently while remaining flexible to unforeseen changes in direction* Flexibility to commute back and forth to the location of the specific Junior Marketing Associate role* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, planning skills and follow up skills* Enthusiastic team player, creative/innovative thinker with a passion for process improvement* Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and sense of urgency in a fast paced work environmentWhat's in it for you:* Salary Range: $25-$27.50 per hour (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location and education)* Hybrid Work Policy(3 Days in Office, 2 Days Work from Home)* Flexible Time Off(Paid Company Holidays, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!)* Access to Company Perks (VIP Access to L'Oreal's Internal Shop for Discounted Products)* Learning & Development Opportunities for Career Progression (Unlimited Access to* E-learnings, Lunch & Learn Sessions, Mentorship Programs, & More!)* Employee Resource Groups(Think Tanks and Innovation Squads)* Access to Mental Health & Wellness ProgramsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and take pride in a diverse environment.
