JPMorgan Chase Lead Content Strategist in New York, New York
We are looking for a creative a seasoned, resourceful and inspired Content Strategist to join our Commerce design team. In this role, you'll bring customer insights and behaviors to the forefront and map Chase products, services, and experiences to deliver on Chase's strategic vision . The ideal candidate will bring a customer-obsessed mindset to driving change, innovation, and development through the organization. They will have led content strategy efforts through complex design programs, and will have demonstrated success across the full product lifecycle from pre-concept, through development to launch.
Partner with cross-functional teams (product, design, research and development), to drive customer-centered content strategy for digital products that meets customers goals and business objectives; collaborate and execute from discovery through delivery
Lead a team of content strategists and UX writers delivering content for a variety of (XXXX role-specific) projects
Ensure to the success of the content team; identify areas of opportunity including process improvements, training opportunities, success sharing, etc.
Ensure quality and drive consistency across products and channels, leveraging voice and tone and content standards
Manage content governance and approvals process for assigned programs
Work with leadership and project managers to estimate and report resource allocation and set priorities
Participate in research including user-testing, customer journey mapping and persona development
Present concepts and work to peers and leadership
Masterful with content strategy and storytelling
Experience with Design Thinking methodology and process
Comfortable at translating insights from user research, and synthesizing them into actionable design principles and concepts
Proficiency at building high functioning content teams and developing talent; communicate vision, priorities, expectations and career pathing
Ability to quickly understand the needs of our internal clients and partners; proven experience at influencing outcomes
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively present concepts and justify decisions
Proactive, solutions-oriented and very attentive to detail
Good to have 10+ years of experience digital content strategy, information architecture, and user experience
Experience delivering digital content that adheres to documented standards for copy, including writing according to nuanced voice & tone
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage schedules and deadlines for multiple projects
Experience working in cross-functional teams, working closely with designers, researchers, product owners, and other partners, and comfortable presenting to all levels
Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in English, Marketing, Advertising or other communications-related field
Experience thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-disciplinary and geographically dispersed environment.
