Department Overview:
As the most senior and seasoned expert individual contributor on the team, the Loan Review Portfolio Specialist provides support and leads Examinations and Portfolio Monitoring activities of all sizes, and scopes. This role provides subject matter expertise to the team, senior management or executive sponsors.

Undergraduate degree or technical certificate and/or
10+ years relevant experience
Ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions
Ability to analyze complex information and develop plans to address identified issues
Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution, strong intuitive judgment and negotiation/influencing skills, flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, along with a strong consultative approach

Job Description:
Highly seasoned professional role requiring substantial knowledge / expertise in risk identification and knowledge of broader related areas
Integrates knowledge of the enterprise culture, business lines, and portfolios to create solutions across multiple functions or operations
Interprets internal/external business challenges and the industry environment, provides insight into how changes to these will impact portfolio performance and credit risk
Strong communication skills that allow for productive dialogue across multiple audiences and that build the framework for collaborative buy-in and healthy debate
Strong level of analytical thought that conveys complex processes in a crisp / concise manner
Monitors assigned portfolios, including key risk areas, emerging risks, and Examination design
Leads multiple cross-functional teams to successful resolution of Key Issues and special projects
