The opportunity

Most of your time will be spent embedded with our clients’ team and we’ll look to you to provide our clients with unique business and technical perspectives on how they must innovate to remain competitive and be resilient in an environment of constant disruption.

Your key responsibilities

You will focus on the design, customization and optimization of digital workplace solutions, particularly with Microsoft 365 and Azure. You will collaborate with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and deliver solutions that will bring our client’s digital vision, strategy and roadmap to life. 

Skills and attributes for success

  • Working in project teams through agreed upon phases of project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training and implementation of client's project lifecycle

  • Leading team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the digital technology consulting arena

  • Providing broad technical and functional knowledge of various key technology and business platforms

  • Teaming with client technology professionals, and third-party strategic alliances

  • Developing long-term relationships and networks both internally and with clients and business partners

  • Interacting and communicating effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives  

To qualify for the role you must have

  • At least 2 years of professional experience designing and implementing security and/or compliance solutions for M365 including:  Microsoft 365 Defender, Azure Sentinel, Microsoft Information Protection, Microsoft Cloud Application Security, unified labeling,

  • Essential skills include some or all of the following: information security, information governance, data loss prevention, data classification and labeling,  retention/deletion, legal hold processes, eDiscovery and matter management, data privacy, identity and access management, identity governance, app protection, cloud architecture

  • Up to 50% out-of-town travel required for this job  

  • Working with enterprise clients to implement programs for some or all of:

  • Compliance management programs

  • Data privacy and data protection programs

  • Forensics and eDiscovery programs and processes

  • Insider risk management

  • Vulnerability management

  • Threat detection and incident response

  • Securing a remote and hybrid workforce  

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Microsoft certifications and prior consulting experience are highly preferred - Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate; Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate; Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate; Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate
