  • Maintain all Broadcast Center & leased space lavatory plumbing fixtures including faucets, flush valves, drains, & hot water heaters.

  • Check and change the steam traps & radiator valves.

  • Maintain HVAC Equipment including lubrication of bearings, changing belts and filters.

  • Troubleshoot and repair all lavatory plumbing issues.

  • Assist Engineers and Supervisors as needed.



  • Familiar with plumbing repairs, cutting, and threading of pipe

  • Working knowledge of pipe fittings, pipe wrenches.


  • Being proficient in plumbing repairs, soldering of pipe joints, operation of motorized snakes for clearing drains.
