The Manager is responsible for the development, execution and tracking of Coty Luxury innovation plans across all channels, enabling the sales & marketing organization to achieve the strategic and financial goals of the brands.
The Manager will report into the Senior Manager, Sales Operations Strategy. They will be responsible for supporting Sales on the development of customer specific brand strategies across all Coty Luxury Fragrance, Skincare and Make-up Brands.
The Manager is also in charge of planning the the seasonal promotional tools and tracking their performance and ROI, thus proceeding with business recommendations relevant to the overall growth.

In this role you will be responsible for:
Work as part of a team to support Sales. Design and consolidate monthly deliverables for key accounts, providing key visibility on innovation timelines (Ship-to-Trades, On-Counter-Dates), retailer exclusivities, sales benchmarks, etc...
Lead the fragrance sampling strategy and budget across blow-ins, sampler boxes and online sampling programs. Coordinate the relationship with external partners
Manage MAC tool "Marketing Activation Calendar", ensuring data integrity and monthly updates. Quarterly deployment to sales leadership team to align on Channel Strategy
Manage non-saleable tools allocations by retailer (Testers, Samples, Gifts with purchase), based on a thorough understanding of distribution, sales objectives and Marketing programs
Update Retailer Catalog Advertising Guidelines and Brand Visual Rights tracker to ensure compliance with Brand/Licensor requirements
Support Sales during Market meetings and Retailer Trade Shows
Participate in monthly ad-hoc reporting
Ability to work and co-ordinate projects with a variety of people from various business and cultural backgrounds, as well as different departments and clients, under tight deadlines ( Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, etc ...).QUALIFICATIONS

We'd love to see candidates who have:
Essential:
5+ years relevant work experience in sales operations or marketing (brand, channel, or trade)
Experience in beauty categories is a must
Digitally savvy
A bachelor's degree
Master of MS Office is a must. (specifically Excel, PowerPoint)
Travel may be required for certain event or activations.
