Planit is a highly configurable and complete solution for capturing, consolidating, and reporting on local media activity across various markets. Once the data is entered, it is then aggregated, validated and available via a suite of custom and ad-hoc reporting tools.

The Planit (Tactical Workflow) team is responsible for providing software solutions for media strategists (planners) to enter media plans, submit approvals, report media activity, consolidate budgets, and work closely with account teams to achieve their media planning and reporting goals. We work closely with the strategy teams to ensure that the data is being captured accurately and thoroughly.

  • 2-3 years of media agency/media systems experience

  • Strong knowledge of the US media planning/buying process and media planning terminology

  • Solid foundation of Microsoft Office especially MS Excel and working with pivot tables

  • A technical mindset and general understanding of development, databases, business intelligence, data visualization and web applications is also ideal

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, multi-lingual is a plus

  • Ability to communicate technical aspects to a non-technical audience

  • Strong relationship management skills between development and sponsor groups

  • Strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex problems, interpret account needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions

  • Work self-sufficiently to complete a project with a minimal supervision

The Client Service Manager is non-technical role that is responsible for supporting the overall deployment for specific clients using the Planit, OMG’s global media planning consolidation platform. The Client Service Manager will also act as a key contact point between the end users and the product team product expert and ensure that the final deliverables meet the approved requirements.

  • Providing overall support to their direct reports to ensure successful Planit deployment

  • Contributing in all key tasks during initial client set up (table set up, taxonomy definitions, template creation, default reports, etc.)

  • Providing pre-training QA on completed set up (values, data relationships, calculations, etc.)

  • Gaining a solid understanding of the client’s business

  • Building relationships with key stakeholders

  • Supporting training sessions for new users

  • Assisting client teams in report creation and design

  • Providing trouble-shooting assistance in all areas of the platform

  • Resolving escalated L1 support tickets

  • Sending internal communications and progress updates to core audience

  • Maintaining user-access and security permissions

  • Responding to ad hoc requests and issues

  • Assisting in quality assurance and data quality
