Lotame Manager, Client Strategy & Engagement in New York, New York
Make an impact and be a part of a game changing technology platform in the data driven display vertical of advertising on the web. The Manager, Client Strategy & Engagement will be responsible for all aspects of client management and success; ensuring client adoption, engagement, usage and growth across our book of clients. You will work directly with agencies, marketers, and publishers to deliver best-in-breed client service.This role reports to the Sr. Director, Client Strategy & Engagement.
Train clients on platform, focusing on specific applications and features that will improve the client?s core business objectives
Analyze and address inbound client requests to ensure client satisfaction, client engagement, and product usage
Communicate client feedback and product requests to internal teams
Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver results and execute business objectives
Understand the account map for each client, identifying key touch points for various Lotame stakeholders
Partner with Sales team to upsell premium services and achieve target renewal rate
Experience working at or with large agencies
Experience working with large global client teams
Creation of internal and external project plans
