The Manager,

Color and Marketing Operations is responsible for partnering with the Director

of Color & Marketing Operations to support development of and execute new

product plans for Color, Holiday and Retailer Exclusive trend collections for

the US. They will be responsible for building brand desirability while driving

profit, revenue and volume

including Color category planning and objectives, and Visual Merchandising.

They will also support the execution of the North America Retail marketing

programs to ensure Retail programs align with National commercial priorities.

This Manager role

requires skills sets such as leading an internal direct report, internal

stakeholders and external partners, analyzing consumer data to inform brand

strategies, and planning and executing brand plans to ensure increased market

share and diversified consumer engagement across North America in the color and

promo categories. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, driven, highly

organized, able to multi-task, and highly collaborative.

KEY RESPONIBILITIES:

Marketing Strategy 20%

  • Support, development of 3 year Color, Holiday & Retail Exclusive Strategy inclusive of category targets, NPD ranking, customer growth and Complexion marketing innovation for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics

  • Conduct Situation Assessment in order to identify and prioritize brand-building opportunities by utilizing data-driven insights (e.g., NPD, internal sales reports, consumer research reports, competitive analysis, etc.).

  • Mine consumer driven insights to assess attractive growth opportunities that are currently untapped by the brand.

  • Manage Budget guidelines and ROI targets for North America Marketing and continue to maintain and update

  • Execute marketing plans including, promotions, new product launches, visual merchandising and in-store activation.

Product Marketing 30%

  • Partner with Brand Director of Marketing on 3 year Color category planning to ensure Bobbi Brown is growing volume and market share.

  • Support development of top-sided new launch forecast recommendations for the product pipeline calendar

  • Partner with Account Management team to determine launch cadence, early leads, and exclusives to ensure side-by-sides are balanced and anniversary

  • Analyze all pricing increases including competitive benchmarking

  • Partner closely with Global, Merchandising, Education, Demand Planning, Account Management and other cross-functional groups in the planning and execution of marketing programs.

Visual Merchandising 40%

  • Execute national VM strategy and plan including accurate assortment and product priorities, overhauls, new door roll-outs, Flagship updates, cash wraps, end caps, events, etc. when applicable

  • Support development of creative briefs detailing regional needs of new merchandising units, displays, artwork, product comps, updates, and any other detailed information for vendors for successful planning and set up

  • Manage, communicate and track project milestones and deadlines to inter-department stakeholders for all regional projects

  • Partner with creative to develop Visual Merchandising guidelines for NA and communicate with Field Sales team for smooth execution and troubleshoot any in-store merchandising issues

  • Support management of regional budget, reconcile retailer chargeback, and ensure responsible financial decisions are met and aligned with the budget

  • Partner with Complexion brand manager on Visual Merchandising needs and priorities to ensure holistic brand VM approach is executed in a visually cohesive manner

  • Proofread all graphics to establish accuracy in copy and pricing

  • Continually enhance and make recommendations for easy navigation at POS

Team Development 10%

  • Lead 1 direct report through daily tasks and longer term deliverables

  • Develop and continually coach individuals for maximum potential, enabling their personal and professional growth

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7 years of relevantexperience in addition to a college and/or graduate degree

  • Seasoned & agilemarketing leader who demonstrates curiosity, makes bold decisions &recommendations, tracks external trends, and understands the upstream anddownstream impact of their work.

  • Interest and passion forNorth America marketing including Product, Visual Merchandising, andCompetitive landscape in color/promo categories

  • Highly organized &pro-active self-starter with a strong ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously and take complete ownership of projects.

  • Adept & detail-orientedproject manager who ensures that all deliverables are completed in a timelymanner; removes barriers to move faster.

  • Agile, resilient andadaptable to change; experiments and adapts to win; questions the status quo

  • Strong interpersonalskills; ability to lead cross-functionally and build relationships internallyand externally

  • Strong analytical skillscombined with a high level of creativity and strategic vision

  • Excellent written andoral communication skills, ability to independently set priorities and motivateothers

  • Interest and passion forNorth America marketing including Product, National Media, InfluencerMarketing, PR, Retail Marketing, and Competitive landscape

  • Marketing experience within Prestige/Luxury Fragranceindustry a plus
