Razorfish NY is seeking a Manager level Content Strategist. As Manager of Content Strategy, you provide leadership to the content team by understanding, applying and disseminating content best practices as part of a larger, cross-functional team. You collaborate withthe Creative, UX and strategyteamsto understand and help support client objectives and user requirements by:

Responsibilities:

Providing high-level content and brand recommendations that help clients and their users achieve their goals based on information obtained through site audits, competitive assessments, user testing, and site metrics

Developingcontent strategy, planning and POVs for content marketing programs including branded content and blogs

Developing content Consumer Experience Journey and omni-channel content plans

Researching audience insights and trends to develop consumer-centric content plans across the pre- to post-purchase CEJ

Creating or reviewing site structure and nomenclature for the most intuitive presentation of content

Establishing and/or maintaining editorial standards and accuracy/quality of content

Creating and/or implementing an editorial calendar to align site releases with product launches, seasonal promotions, and more

Generating or overseeing an inventory/matrix of all site content, including related assets

Creating and developing end-to-end content lifecycles

Taxonomy development, taggingand metadata recommendations

Content model and matrix development, including for personalization and intelligent content solutions

Creating approach for content migration and content production

Defining governance/workflow of content creation based on stakeholder interviews and an understanding of the client's technological capabilities

Developing creative briefsto inform content creation

Experience Guidelines:

5-8 years' experience in digital content strategy, some in an agency/consulting environment

Client-facing presentation experience

Experience working with UX, creative and strategy teams to develop best-in-class content strategy

Experience working on B2C branded content marketing programs a must

Experience working on content strategyfortechnology or telecommunications brand a plusQualificationsAdditional Information
