Job Title: Manager, Global Mobility
Primary Purpose: This position will consult, coordinate, and ensure effective delivery of Global Mobility programs, in order to ensure that Tapestry's programs are successful in attracting, retaining and motivating our global workforce.

Ensure up to date programs, and effective vendor management
Make recommendations for process and policy improvements, as appropriate
Give guidance and policy interpretation to local and international HR
Ensure effective tax processes
Coordinate/administer assignments by drafting assignment letters
Provide customer service support to expatriates/repatriates
Maintain document database containing expatriate and third country national data
Process international tax payments
Ensure Tax Equalization processing, and year-end tax season
Conduct semi-annual housing allowance review
Employ cost of living adjustments.
Execute assignment compensation updates on a monthly basis.
Coordinate application of Hypo Tax calculations interfacing with Payroll
Develop and distribute monthly assignment cost updates
Maintain databases of assignment details, benefits, immigration and employment law documents
Maintain accurate data in HRIS system
Partner with payroll, HRTS and overseas HR partners to ensure appropriate system interfaces
Provide compensation reports to tax vendor. Handle tax extension filings.
Communicate COLA updates to assignees
Provide budgeting information to various departmentsRelocation:
Consult with HR Generalists on relocation cases
Ensure vendor performance and updated policies
Provide policy interpretation and resolve escalated issues.
Coordinate relocation via set up with vendor and communication with employees
Provide analysis related to appropriate relocation policy
Respond to employee and candidate questions, with inclusive of vendor assistance
Maintain relocation files and databases
Ensure invoice processing and tracking databases
Prepare annual budget and set monthly accruals
Ad-hoc projects, reports, presentations and other duties as assigned

Strong project and process management skills
Excellent follow- up skills, strong attention to detail, process orientation, and accuracy
Strong written and oral communication skills; an ability to draft policies/procedures, and clearly and effectively communicate with different audiences, e.g., HR partners, Accounting, employees, management, vendors
A demonstrated ability to be resourceful, with exceptional problem solving and decision-making skills with a strong focus on process improvement and innovation
3 years' experience/involvement in assignment related tax process
Experience with Relocation
Experience monitoring vendor or other third-party performance
Financial or accounting orientation
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint
An outstanding professional will have...
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Mobility
5 years of experience in managing expatriate services
Accounting or finance background a plus
Working knowledge of U.S. and/or foreign immigration
