Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, we are seeking a business minded HR professional to provide broad Human Resources support.

Your responsibilities as Manager, HRIS and Benefits Administration
The Manager, HRIS and Benefits is a “Super User” of the PLI’s HRIS system, ADPWorkforce Now. The primary responsibility is to perform all design and implementation needs of the system, the goal of which is to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data at the highest possible level. Specific responsibilities include:
Produce relevant reports and census data, as requested.
Provide daily end-user support for authorized users and the Employee Self-Service (ESS) Portal.
Propose areas for improved processes within the HRIS system.
Ensure vendor connection files and reporting is accurate and work with ADP or vendors to address problems
Produces monthly reporting related to the Affordable Care Act (ACA) annual requirements.
Maintains the online compliance management system, NAVEX Global which includes frequently updated Anti-Harassment/Anti-Discrimination and Ethics employee trainings for current employees and new hires.
Maintains the online management system for LinkedIn Learning.
Working with the Director, Human Resources, manage a variety of administrative responsibilities related to processing of benefit-related events, such as new hire benefit enrollments, creating FMLA calendars, filing worker’s compensation and disability claims, and termination of benefits for departing employees.
Working with the Director, Human Resources create paperwork for employees transitioning to a new position/compensation.
Process all invoices from benefit vendors
Conducts new hire and benefits orientations.
Under the supervision of the Director, Human Resources, works closely with Payroll staff and other members of the Accounting department on administrative needs of the bi-weekly payroll and retirement plan participation processing.
Assists the Senior Vice President, Human Resources with HRIS aspects of the Annual Performance Appraisal and merit increase program.
Process unemployment claims and employment verification requests.
Assist with planning of employee engagement events including annual summer outing and holiday event.
Generate reports from ADP to support development of Affirmative Action Plan as needed; provide reports as needed in the event of an OFCCP audit.
Maintains employee personnel and benefit files.
Other projects as assigned.
Qualified candidates will have:
Bachelor’s Degree in related fields e.g. IT, Business, HR.
Strong experience with ADP or similar HRIS system required.
Four to six years of related work experience within an HR or Payroll department required.
An interest in and enthusiasm about technology and how applications can benefit the work of the HR department is essential for success in this position; uses data to tell a story.
Extremely detail-oriented while maintaining a high level of accuracy in work products.
Ability to maintain confidentiality is critical.
Outstanding organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated work ethic, flexibility and thorough follow-up skills.
Outstanding initiative; a self-starter.
Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professional, upbeat, approachable demeanor at all times.
Thoroughly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
