What you’ll do
As the Manager of KIND Internal Engagement, you will lead and support KIND’s internal engagement efforts globally.
This is how you will do it….
Build and maintain internal communications and engagement calendar for KIND globally
Lead execution of internal communications channels (i.e., Community Connects and leadership messages)
Support Associate groups in planning and execution of engagement programming (i.e., Wellness Week and DE&I events)
Manage communications for people-related initiatives (i.e., organizational announcements, benefits and awards programming)
Support change communications planning and execution
Liaise with communications colleagues in Mars and Nature's Bakery to ensure coordination of applicable communications and programming that stretches across business units
Support issues-related and crisis related internal communications as needed
Maintain high levels of team member awareness and engagement around KIND’s mission
Consult and advise Executive Leaders on company-wide communications and cadence
Oversee crisis communication responses (e.g., product recalls), support with issues management and help mitigate risks to the brand’s reputation
Advise on communications about KIND’s employer brand and promotion of KIND as a great place to work
What you’ll bring to KIND
Ability to balance and makes sense of sometimes competing priorities
Proven project management experience (from leading to participating)
Strong oral and writing skills
Bias for taking action
Commitment to continuous improvement
Desire to drive projects independently while enlisting support cross-functionally
Confidence in interacting with and enlisting senior leaders

Flexible with ability to shift as priorities do
Genuine in your desire to help make the world a kinder place, committing to always spreading and celebrating kindness
5-7 years of experience focusing on corporate communications and internal communications
Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar area of focus
Experience engaging directly with C-suite senior leaders on a regular basis
Experience with thought leadership and change management
Stellar writing skills with strong attention to detail
Food/Beverage or CPG experience is preferred
Passion for food and wellness initiatives
