What You Will Do:
The Brand manager will partner with Brand Director to translate Pureology’s big bets into best-in-class omnichannel animations for our key channels: Saloncentric, Ulta, Sephora, Amazon. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, strong digital background, project management experience, ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environments, excellent attention to detail and a collaborative team spirit.
The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
Ensure the execution of strategic marketing plans for Pureology to win and grow market share within professional and prestige haircare.
Develop strategic activation calendar through collaborative efforts with cross functional teams to drive sales and maintain effective brand image and innovation.
Responsible for supporting Account Planning Process (Managing Deck Creation, Cross-functional check-ins and on-time completion). Ensure accuracy of deck (strategy, placements, promo, products, formatting). Map promos and call out any business/timing concerns.
Support execution of all marketing aspects of the brand’s strategic go to market plans (overall sampling management, A&P budget tracking, timely code and promo creations for the brand, etc)
Partner closely with global, digital and e-retail teams and act as marketing lead on content management & optimizations to ensure timely asset delivery.
Partner with brand director to ensure timely creative briefs with clear programs objectives while managing timeline for accurate delivery.
Identify opportunities to test and learn new approaches to best support the individual goals and needs of the various retailers (in-store and online).
Support any marketing-led external brand partnership opportunities.
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum 3 years in Marketing and/or related function.
Both Saloncentric channel & Consumer channel (Sephora, Ulta and Amazon) preferred
Strong understanding of the professional hair industry
Proactive and results-oriented thinker who would flourish in an entrepreneurial and relationships-driven environment
Communicates clearly and succinctly in both oral and written forms
Ability to collaboratively work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Must demonstrate strong critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Must be skilled at executing within tight timeframes with attention to detail and accuracy
Highly organized with proven multi-tasking and project management skills
Ability to travel domestically.
What’s In It For You:
Salary Range: $100,400.00 - $121,550.00 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
