Manage the development and execution of global marketing strategies for prestige makeup and fine fragrance products, including new product launches and seasonal promotions. Develop new product launch strategies and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and impact on the business in key regions incl. China, North America, Europe (Spain, UK and Germany) and the Pacific. Ensure that the company’s marketing strategies achieve planned objectives and are consistent and fully aligned with the organization’s global strategic vision. Review marketing reports to identify campaign opportunities and determine the best marketing strategies. Develop and direct marketing strategies and campaigns for seasonal promotions. Ensure that new campaigns and marketing strategies are communicated clearly and implemented effectively from inception through completion. Provide direction and feedback relating to all in-store developments, such as counter designs, glorifier designs, and shelf space designs. Coordinate international marketing, U.S. marketing, and supply and demand planning groups to effectively drive sales and increase revenues. Monitor and report on industry trends. Determine competitive positioning in the global market. Review market positions data and oversee the analysis of supply and demand results for new launches and the existing product portfolio. Maintain optimal portfolio management and budget control. Work closely with finance managers to analyze and track costs of finished goods, samples, and collateral to meet budget targets. Oversee the analysis of new product launch results and business impacts. Identify opportunities for improvement and direct any changes that need to be made. Evaluate financial data completed by the finance team to ensure a healthy brand portfolio. Oversee the worldwide communication of brand strategies and marketing initiatives. Manage marketing planning, scheduling, and coordinating processes. Maintain regional contact for sell-thru information and product feedback. Execute all details of marketing programs. Oversee the development and execution of promotional calendars and programs. Act as a key liaison with vendors during the creation of new products, package development, printing, and production to provide insight from a marketing and branding perspective.
Requires Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field plus at least two years of experience managing the development and execution of international marketing strategies for prestige makeup and fine fragrance products, including new product launches and seasonal promotions.
