Adviser Compliance Associates LLC Manager of Commercial Operations & Analytics in New York, New York


The Opportunity

The Manager of Commercial Operations & Analytics will support the sales and business development team in pursuit of their growth targets. This individual is responsible for handling and managing the workflow of ACA's sales processes, enabling commercial operations to go smoothly and ensure the implementation of sales strategies to further the growth of the organization.

What you'll Do

Support the development of sales and operations strategy, understand priorities, and execute operation plans

Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiate, drive projects to completion with minimal guidance

Understand, create, and deliver top-quality, audience-appropriate communication

Drive process improvement and manage all aspects of CRM including workflow, reporting, data integrity and maintenance

Partner with IT teams to understand new capabilities available in Salesforce and train sales representatives to use these capabilities

To Qualify for the role you must have

BS/BA in a technical or business-oriented field

3-5 years of analytical and problem-solving experience working in sales operations, business analyst role, process improvement, or project management, preferably in the financial industry.
