Adviser Compliance Associates LLC Manager of Sales Enablement Training in New York, New York

The Opportunity:

As our Manager of Sales Enablement Training, you will have the unique opportunity to own the sales enablement training function for a rapidly growing commercial team that has nearly tripled in size over the past few years. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate sales expert, who has wants to support a successful sales organization at all levels, from new hire to experienced sales leader. You will function as an onboarding facilitator, mentor, and trusted advisor for our sales teams. Reporting to our Director of Commercial Operations & Analytics, you will partner with our Sales Enablement Curriculum Designer to lead the charge on the creation, deployment and continued learning for our new hires, sales team members, and sales leaders.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate with sales leadership and others in sales enablement to identify, develop and deliver sales enablement programs

Measure effectiveness of sales enablement programs, gather feedback and partner with the curriculum designer to improve content, format, processes, and delivery

Manage all coordination, communications, tracking and execution of key enablement program activities

Facilitate in-person and virtual training, 1:1 coaching, and sales strategy sessions

Coach sales leaders to identify improvement opportunities for their sales teams

Identify and engage subject matter experts to support content scoping, development, training delivery and field support activities

Support talent acquisition activities to ensure we are hiring the best possible talent

Leverage data to inform current and future sales enablement activities

Partner with cross-functional teams to identify required sales support materials/strategies to achieve our evolving business goals and products

Partner with the sales enablement team to create new curriculums/enablement tools and to update other content as necessary

To qualify for the role, you must have:

4-year degree is preferred

Experience with sales enablement technologies, processes, and best practices

Expert level facilitation/coaching skills

Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral

Knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM tools

Expertise in multiple sales methodologies with preference towards Winning by Design and The Counselor Salesperson methodologies

Proven ability to meet sales targets and preference for those who have led high performing sales teams

Ability to self-manage, collaborate, and navigate areas of ambiguity

A bias towards action


7-10+ years of combined experience in sales, training, and sales enablement roles

5+ years of experience in sales training roles

3+ years of supervisory/leadership experience

Experience making data-driven decisions and corporate sales strategies

Previous experience working as a sales representative preferred

Previous experience working with Salesforce preferred
