About the Role

In collaboration with North America Account Management and Marketing teams, manage business and relationships with online retail partners and licensed brands (i.e., Macy’s.com, Belk.com, Michael Kors, etc.) through identifying opportunities for brand exposure and drive retailer.com to achieve sales plan and brand goals. Maintain and enhance Aramis & Designer Fragrances (ADF) portfolio presence across all retailer ecommerce sites. ADF fragrance portfolio includes DKNY, Michael Kors, Tory Burch, Ermenegildo Zegna, Tommy Hilfiger, etc.). Work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the development and execution of e-commerce oriented content and campaigns (sampling, promotional programming, on site marketing, e-mail, digital media, social, etc.). Support the ADF team with analytics of e-commerce KPIs, merchandising, marketing, site development efforts and asset trafficking. Cross functionally lead seasonal digital marketing program planning across ADF portfolio. Collaborate with NA Marketing and ADF Creative Services to ensure timelines for asset delivery are established and achieved. Manage and develop Associate ADF ecommerce.

Reporting/Analysis/QA

  • Lead QA for brand presence on retailer sites ensuring brands are merchandised and presented in line with equity standards and licensor guidelines.

  • Leverage historic program performance to develop and execute promotion plans for retail partners designed to meet sales goals. Share post event analytics and program successes across ADF Account Management and Marketing teams.

  • Conduct final user testing and quality assurance processes on all new retailer pages, applications, e-mails, offers and new products to ensure accuracy, browser compatibility and high quality user experience.

Marketing/Merchandising Support

  • Liaise with retailer partner in conjunction with ADF Account Management, to strategize Omni brand participation in promotional activity and merchandising strategies.

  • Develop new programs/content to grow retailer.com business through special programs, customer acquisition, retention, online marketing.

  • Collaborate with ADF Account Management and Marketing to create and execute promotional activities and online merchandising strategies.

  • Coordinate retailer.com PPage optimizations in partnership with retail partners.

  • Collaborate with Consumer Engagement on developing a media budget to achieve retailer e-commerce sales plans. Manage said budget directly with vendor partners in order to meet ROI and ROAS goals.

Retailer Support:

  • Work with retailers, and internal teams to develop and create online assets for marketing and/or merchandising purposes.

  • Regularly collaborate with KAMs/KAMOs to ensure ADF portfolio is optimally being driven across retailer ecommerce sites

  • Ensure that products and brands are merchandised in line with brand strategies and equity requirements.

  • Routinely monitor the competitive landscape and quarterly share learnings cross functionally.

  • Assist with providing site development recommendations and sharing best practices across retail partners and licensors.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years related online experience with an emphasis in developing prestige brands in an ecommerce selling environment.

  • Strong understanding of/interest in digital media, along with an aptitude for learning quickly and taking on new challenges.

  • Highly detail oriented, with a strong ability to multi-task and change direction quickly. Embraces both big picture objectives and has impeccable follow through and time management skills.

  • Positive, committed attitude with ability to work effectively cross functionally.

  • Aptitude for working with Internet tools (i.e., web-based reports and analyatics platforms, databases, and various multimedia technologies).

  • Ability to manage timelines and internal project resources.

  • Very strong knowledge of web technologies and e-commerce platform
