The Role:

Live Nation is seeking a self-motivated and energetic Manager, Ticket Operations to support our Venues Sales efforts across the U.S. concert business. Reporting to the Director of Ticket Operations, this role will be responsible for supporting key organizational priorities by leveraging the Ticketmaster Archtics platform to drive venue sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Archtics support and event maintenance for both owned & non-owned and operated venues

  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of Ticketing business needs to support the organization in executing existing sales initiatives through the technology

  • Partner with Inventory Management and National ticketing team to ideate, design, and successfully implement new Ticketing concepts as it relates to Venue Sales

  • Assist with the set-up, maintenance, and monitoring Account Manager as well as iO Media/Virtual Venue pages

  • Conduct onboarding training for venue sales team

  • Create and implement new training modules as needed

  • Help support Venue Sales renewal and new business campaigns

  • Manage and maintain retail data feed exceptions in the Archtics database

  • Maintain a strong understanding of ticket templates and painter

  • Maintain a strong understanding of DIGIT setup across multiple venues in a single database

  • Support the Ticketing executive team by managing and executing ad-hoc special projects and performing other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 3-5 years of experience working with the Ticketmaster Archtics and Host ticketing systems

  • Box office and season ticketing experience required

  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

  • Intermediate programming and reporting skills (e.g. SQL) a plus

  • Service oriented, resolution focused with strong organizational and communication skills

  • Relationship-driven with strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work with and train colleagues across all levels of seniority and technical acumen

  • Strategic and critical thinker who is dynamic, forward-thinking, analytical, and well-organized

  • Outstanding problem-solving capabilities to address and resolve issues that face a growing enterprise

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt to changes in a rapidly evolving environment

  • Strong ability to manage many projects simultaneously

  • Flexible and reliable team player both within the department and within the organization as a whole

  • Self-starter who is extremely detailed-oriented and works well under pressure
