The Wholesale team works with our customers one-on-one, developing professional relationships based on trust and care.
GENERAL FUNCTION
The role of the Manager, Sales Analytics is to support the sales teams in the analytics and reporting around the performance of the Department Stores to assist in achievement of sales goals. This role supports the Senior Director by providing valuable analytical insight and feedback into the data and facilitating solution-oriented strategies to drive the bottom line.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides support to Account Management team within perimeter and partners with the business planner on the achievement of annual performance objectives
Works with direct report to deliver timely and accurate reporting as requested by brand management team, inventory planning and business intelligence team
Delivers data analysis to account managers and senior management, weekly, monthly, seasonally by brand and channel for purposes of planning and sell-in
Reports include retail sell through, wholesale shipments, account inventory levels, sell-in, sell-thru, performance tracking, stock to sales ratio, top door analysis, ROI’s.
Develops seasonal recaps that identify successes and missed opportunities to influence sales strategies and drive future brand and assortment planning.
Responsible for financial agenda building for all customer and market week meetings
Monitor customer’s weekly replenishment order flow and monthly return request
Projects weekly and monthly wholesale shipments to feed the company planning cycle
Analyzes customer’s wholesale shipping and retail selling for budgeting and reporting internally
Develops relationships with internal/external departments including business planning, inventory planning, sales operations to effectively support the Account Manager and drive segment strategies
Plans, reconciles and reports the monthly co-op log and workbook while owning the perimeter’s cost of sales
Supports Off Price perimeter with inventory consolidation and manages the PO log to support the business.
Responsible for quarterly financial forecasts for the sales perimeter
Manages the procurement budget, NPI processes, and stock category management
Partners with BI team and external reporting partners to collect data to support sell in team (Skypad, SPS and Ediffice)
Create and present perimeter budget to C-suite, make adjustments to budget based on business trends
Support AM with margin negotiation with customers
Support AM with Credit requests
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5-7 years’ experience in similar role conducting series of analytics and reporting.
Strong analytical skills and experience.
A passionate, individual with strong analytical, interpersonal, and creativity.
Communicates and works effectively with people at all levels both internally and externally.
Ability to work under pressure; must be able to manage multiple projects at once.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage deadlines
Meticulous organization, attention to detail, excellent communication and consistent follow-through skills are a necessity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Business Objects)
85,882 Pay Range: $85,882 - $123,340
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements.
