Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient processes are in place with daily sales operations tasks.

  • Evaluate seasonal gift set forecast. Make forecast recommendation based on data analysis.

  • Work directly with Field Sales Directors and Planners to develop allocations for Non Revenue items.

  • Create and standardize daily/weekly allocation processes as it relates to quota maintenance.

  • Evaluate effectiveness of marketing program via ad-hoc analysis and reporting.

  • Create and maintain side x side promotional calendars to analyze year over year trends.

  • Establish Reserves where needed secure for US Prestige market.

  • Troubleshoot inventory issues / out of stocks for innovation and launch items.

  • Collaborate with Customer Service, DRP team and Supply chain on product inventory and availability.

Scope of Role :

  • Provides Sales Operations for 3 major Houses with over 15 brands.

  • The position will work directly with 5 Field Sales Planners and 7 Field Sales Executives.

  • The position works directly with all cross functional teams including marketing, customer service, supply chain, pricing, DRP, MDM data base, IT and demand planning.

Experience & Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 6+ years of progressive Beauty/CPG experience required

• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
