KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Social Media Manager, is responsible for executing a successful 360 organic social strategy across owned channels (currently: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest). They will manage the social media calendar, global/DMI content optimization, as well as influencer relations and activation. The Social Media Manager is an expert on social platforms and measures success by analyzing KPI metrics regularly. Their goal is to support a strategy which drives awareness, brand love, and social commerce growth for La Roche-Posay in the USA.
They report to the Senior Manager of Social Media and work collaboratively with the marketing team, cross-functionally with other key stakeholders on the brand and with agencies (creative, influencer management platforms etc...)
1/ SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CALENDARS
Ensure all social content is legally compliant - accuracy of claims and product benefits
Schedule and upload all social content to SPRINKLR
Develop a Facebook & Instagram content calendar every month aligned with brand's priorities, digital advocacy calendar and email calendar
In-Feed content planning and caption copywriting, design and organize feed imagery, cadence of 4 in-feed posts a week.
Stories content planning and copywriting optimize global content and create local assets to support brand advocates, launches, top seasonal skus and local commitments. Cadence of 5-6 stories per week.
Develop Twitter content calendar and optimize content for platform, Cadence 1-2 tweets a week.
Lead & execute organic Pinterest strategy
Manage social content library
2/ INFLUENCERS & KOLs MARKETING MANAGEMENT
Lead, develop and contract always on La Roche-Posay Life-Changer VIP Influencer Squad (5-10), profiles relevant to the brand's key communities
Manage and partner with influencer agencies onpaid influencer programs to:
Drive brand awareness on key territories, product launches and priority seasonal skus
Drive positive sentiment, brand mentions and user generated content
Drive dermatologist share of voice on own and earned platforms
Lead & manage affiliate programs with consumer and dermatologists' influencers/advocates to drive conversion and social commerce growth
Partner with KOLs and advocates to develop genuine video content to drive our brand commitments story
Support altruistic advocacy programs with influencer identification and relationship management
Support always on brand advocates seeding program, track & forecast inventory
3/ REPORTING
Create monthly reports for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest performance overview
Create & update Traackr projects for paid influencer programs
Lead & execute paid influencer campaigns reports
Experience and Competencies Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in communications, marketing or business.
2-5 years social media experience in beauty - skincare experience preferred.
Interest for fields related to health, beauty and dermatology.
Self-starter able to adapt quickly to changes in priorities and multi-task multiple projects.
Able to prioritize and manage time effectively, and to balance competing demands and priorities in a very fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent problem solving ability.
Professional and diplomatic style with a positive manner, attention to detail and a 'can do' attitude.
Excellent written skills.
KPI reporting/analyzing experience required.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word and Excel required.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite InDesign, Photoshop a plus.
Advanced proficiency on Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Ad Manager, Youtube and Twitter required.
Proficiency in social-media management platforms a plus (Sprinklr, Trackrr, Netbase etc...)
