FOX Manager, Ticket Operations - USFL in New York, New York

FOX Sports is searching for a Ticket Operations Manager to join the USFL Team. The role will work in conjunction with the Ticket Sales and Marketing Teams and manage all operational aspects of ticket sales efforts.

The USFL is an American football league, owned by FOX Sports, that delivers high-quality, innovative professional football played in the spring and early summer. There are eight teams, split into two divisions. Each team plays a 10-game schedule followed by 4-team semifinals and a championship game. FOX Sports is an official broadcast partner of the USFL and will air games on a weekly basis.

Represent USFL as the primary contact with our ticket vendor
Lead the creation, development, and maintenance of ticketed events
Assist with creating, managing, plans, packages, group offers, promo codes, and other ticketing system programming needs
Create new offers as needed
Collaborate with our ticket vendor to update event information and troubleshoot issues
Make recommendations on how to set up the most consumer friendly offers to generate sales
Manage and maintain stadium seating inventory for all ticket types
Coordinate with the Sales department on seating inventory for games, ticketing, fulfillment, and service needs of all premium ticket holders
Manage internal requests for ticket purchases, ticket reprints, and Will-Call
Monitor ticket sales to determine appropriate staffing levels necessary for game days and communicate with venue
Set internal comp request procedures and guidance for staff/teams
Provide timely reporting
Serve as a point of contact for all ticket related questions
Liaise with venue box office staff

3+ years of sports team ticket sales and operations experience, preferably in a Box Office or Ticket Operations role
Experience and working knowledge of ticketing systems
Working knowledge of setting up entire team seasons with prices, packages, discounts, offers, etc.
Experience using creative solutions to move distressed inventory
Strong initiative and work ethic and ability to function without supervision
Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Capability to manage a high level of detail across multiple projects and to prioritize efficiently
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to travel is a must

Bachelor's degree
Ticketmaster Archtics experience


Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay For Equal Work Act, please find the compensation range specific to this role if based in Colorado, as well as a description of bonus and benefits generally: Colorado pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skill, experience, and geography: $55,000 - $75,000 annually. Employees in this role are also eligible for various benefits, including: medical/dental/vision benefits, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
