MAC is looking for a passionate NOAM Marketing Manager to support the Marketing Director in the creation, coordination and execution of marketing programs driving growth within Specialty-Multi. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to execution of omni-channel marketing programs, visual merchandising updates, sampling/CRM programs, digital and print advertising, field communication and project management - including the ability to successfully create and communicate timelines to ensure timely completion of all projects. The ideal candidate is a highly adaptable, results driven individual that thrives in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments, who is focused on defining & solving the customers’ needs in creative, innovative ways.



Partner with the Marketing Director & Account Lead to conceptualize and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns tailored to the needs of the Specialty Multi channel.

Manage robust seasonal programs that support new launches, core business categories, retailer exclusives and makeup service to drive the account to its sell thru and sales goal targets.

Plan and execute account specific promotions, sampling programs, CRM tactics and in store events to maximize exposure and drive the business.

Internally project manage retailer exclusives as needed: work with NA Product Marketing team on product request & forecasting, NA VM team on in-store execution, and team on online support and site merchandising.

Manage sampling and GWP initiatives for each account. Work with Dir of NA Trade Marketing to develop overall strategy, forecasting and track monthly shipments with Demand Planning & Customer Service and manage invoicing with Finance

Drive an omni-channel experience with consistent marketing messaging both on and offline.

Collaborate with internal and external e-commerce teams to develop the strategy for outsized ecommerce growth.

Work with NA Consumer Marketing & NA Online to recommend seasonal digital marketing co-op plans; create media briefs to outline goal of campaign with clear metrics and reporting. Assist in completing internal CRQs to confirm retailer requirements are met.

Develop collaborative, effective relationships with retail partners and cross-functional teams.

Analyze program performance to deliver both quantitative and qualitative feedback to measure ROI for future enhancements.

Provide analysis on all business drivers (including quantitative and qualitative data). Exhibit clear understanding of retail landscape, consumer behavior, and product/category performance to execute mix of tactics that strengthen brand relevance, meets sales goals and aligns with both brand and retailer strategies.

Exhibit strong understanding of the customer, his/her beauty needs and how MAC has the perfect solution plus so much more.

Collaborate with NA Online and Account Leads to develop integrated strategies that are mobile-first and offer consistent, on-brand consumer journey at each account. Help drive the integration of brick & mortar and, working to evolve the business models to fully capitalize on the strengths of the channel.

Manage and publish the Specialty-Multi brand plan communications to the field.

Project manage all marketing programs while collaborating and communicating effectively cross-functionally to ensure excellence in execution.

Point person for retailer market week meetings: work with internal team on meeting agenda & flow, prepare seasonal deck and present tailored talking points for each account. Issue recap with retailer feedback and play a key role in post-marketing planning meetings.

Exude the MAC DNA through all marketing touch points.


Partner with the Director to create the overall Specialty-Multi merchandising strategy with the goal of maximizing sales while enhancing the customer’s in store experience through unique and innovative visual merchandising.

Responsible for merchandising updates including but not limited to calendarization, creative requests submission, kick off/status meetings with both Global NOAM Visual Merchandising, routing for feedback/approval and providing final sign off.

Manage the Specialty-Multi lineup and perform regular analysis of in store sku performance and provide suggestions for lineup optimization.

Submit, manage and track all creative and merchandising requests to ensure timely development of all merchandising updates and collateral materials.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is required.

  • 5 years of marketing experience in cosmetics/beauty industry. Experience with Ulta or Sephora a plus.

  • A passionate, energetic team oriented individual with strong analytical, interpersonal, creative and leadership skills.

  • A strong sense of urgency, while responding to fast paced, ever-changing environment.

  • Exceptional oral, written, communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage details and multi-task projects.

  • Knowledge of the competitive marketplace including the online space.

  • Ability to balance creativity with analytics in approaching projects.

  • Ability to work independently and utilize sound judgment.

  • Critical expertise required in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
