About the role

The Visual Merchandising Manager specializing inwomen’s,

creates compellingseasonal in-store merchandise presentations that will guide the way for ourfleet execution of product flows. The ideal candidate will establish productiverelationships with key cross-functional business partners and participate invarious other visual merchandising projects.

What you'll do

  • Deliver compelling and creative visual presentations that support brand strategies and in season management around product.

  • Partner with merchant & design teams throughout the product pipeline to create and document in-store merchandise presentations for multiple seasons.

  • Provide training, direction and communication to the Field through the Visual Merchandising Concept Book.

  • Establish strong, dynamic relationships with all key business partners.

  • Manage seasonal sample process in the studio.

  • Manage all facets of the studio portion of the visual store set.

  • Participate in pre-season meetings to strategize key investments for seasonal store sets.

  • Manage Dept. Calendar and field communication partnering with Visual Ops.

  • Drive the development of new visual merchandising strategies.

  • Own special department projects.

  • Document presentation sets, oversee photographing merchandise presentations, and generate all written communication necessary to create the Visual Presentation Books for stores.

  • Participate in department projects as needed, including new store openings, store work-throughs, field training, and corporate special events.

Who you are

  • 5+ years visual merchandising experience preferred

  • Strong merchandising skills, field merchandising experience preferred.

  • Strong fashion and styling sense with the ability to incorporate new fashion trends into presentation.

  • Must work well in team environment, one team mindset.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Self-motivated with ability to handle multiple projects concurrently

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow through

  • Ability to plan, prioritize and organize.

  • Computer skills: Basic knowledge of Mac and PC (Word, Illustrator, Excel)
