Legends Marketing Group is comprised of Subject Matter Experts that leverage their experience, passion, and creativity to help articulate and amplify the vision of each of Legends specific service divisions, and their clients.
The Marketing and Activation Specialist will be responsible for building and executing social media strategy and the day-to-day management of Legends’ social media marketing properties. Moreover, they will be an integral part of our Marketing team working closely with the business leaders of Legends’ six divisions to ensure a wholistic approach for all digital marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a versatile creative writer, and a team player. They will be an active participant in data collection and analyses to consistently improve Legends’ social media practices over time.
Develop and deliver strategic, integrated social media marketing plans and campaigns that support and develop Legends’ objectives and brand identity.
Collaborate with Legends 360 wheel of services to ensure holistic approach to marketing and communications messaging
Specialization in social media campaigns and activation efforts.
Assist in live event planning and activations, including Legends ‘Art and Science’ programs.
Assist in internal and external communications
Creating consistent, meaningful content on all digital and social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving consumer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
Effectively manage social media marketing budgets to deliver plan and stay within budget.
Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate social media presence and performance.
Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in marketing and social media.
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of proven social media experience including planning, managing, and executing successful social media marketing campaigns on multiple marketing channels to meet objectives in a corporate, or agency setting.
Strong written communication skills
Demonstrated track record of successful ability to manage large and complex projects or engagements.
Built and managed social media strategies and test and learn frameworks.
Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
Experience using various analytics software.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
