About the role
The MarketingCoordinator, store experience, is responsible for assisting in the developmentof integrated, brand-right store experience projects that can motivatecustomers shopping in Gap brand, Factory stores. The position requiresstrong collaboration skills, partnering with the broader marketing team toincorporate consumer insights, brand positioning, marketing, design and productstrategies in all workstreams. The role requires intuitivecreative judgement and a focus to drive results, enabling them to support thecommercial planning team. Assist in the strategic planning of all seasonal in-store creativeelements.
What you'll do
Assist in the strategic planning of all seasonal in-store creative elements
Assist in the development of strategic and tactical creative briefs to meet business and sales objectives
Support the creative development and integration of seasonal messaging initiatives
Help manage projects that fall outside a season but align with brand objectives
Partner closely with the WIS Project Management team to ensure flawless execution of concepts with regards to budget, scope and schedule.
Partner closely with the WIS Promotions team to create a holistic and seamless experience for our customers across all in store touchpoints
Interact with multiple internal departments and agencies/vendors to help ensure that programs are cohesive and aligned across all channels
Manage WIS communications with the regions and with the Store Operations team for all seasonal marketing
Manage the Seasonal Signage process and execution
Review the Global Marketing Directive and Global Visual Directive monthly for marketing content and accuracy
Support Test & Respond in-store
Who you are
1-3 years of account management and/or marketing experience, preferably in retail, apparel, luxury, real estate or entertainment brands
Ability to think strategically, creatively and problem solve
Strong evaluation skills regarding both aesthetic and copy
Ability to track multiple projects at once
Strong written and communication skills
Project Management experience; forward thinking and responsible
Flexible, responsive, detail oriented and has commitment to deadlines with strong sense of ownership
Enthusiastic attitude and passion for the store and industry
Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and creative environment
Ability to develop spreadsheets for project tracking
Bachelor’s degree required
