Related Management Company Marketing Coordinator in New York, New York

Responsibilities Hudson Yards Experiences (HYE) is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to work across a variety of functions supporting the marketing efforts for Edge, City Climb and Vessel. They must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while working to tight deadlines. With a passion for engaging and inspiring audiences on a global scale, they will assist with all HYE marketing efforts to raise brand awareness of Hudson Yards Experiences and to support overall ticket sales initiatives. This role will report to the Director of Marketing but will provide support to the HYE marketing team as a whole Responsibilities: Support on the implementation of the B2C marketing strategy to reach commercial objectives, collaborating with various stakeholders. Assist with the implementation of digital marketing strategies including website and ticketing, CRM, SEO and paid advertising. Day-to-day liaisons with marketing agencies (media and creative) including brieng and review processes. Implement website content updates and ensure translated versions are up to date. Draft and implement email marketing campaigns and monitor KPIs and results. Be a brand champion, ensuring our brand voice and personality is reflected in all copy, content and creative. Maintain brand guidelines and assets, updating as necessary. First point of contact for collateral requests from internal departments and managing the creative brief process. Support the marketing team on events and seasonal activations. Assist with photography and/or video productions on site (that may be outside normal business hours). Processes press and influencer visit requests. Monitor review sites to manage public perception and reputation. Assist in pulling reports and analyzing results. Assist the marketing team with the development of presentations for internal and external use. Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 annually ($33.00-$38.00/Hr) Hourly position- eligible for overtime Qualifications Essential 2-3 years of professional marketing experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field Knowledge and understanding of a wide variety of media and their requirements. Experience working with external agencies. Experience of working within brand guidelines. Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast moving, high-profile, commercial environment. Excellent attention to detail. Organized, methodical and able to work to deadlines and targets with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written communication and copy-writing. Understanding of data and ability to report on it. Procient in Microsoft Oce Suite. Experience using Google Analytics, producing reports and developing dashboards. Prior experience delivering eCRM campaigns and strategy. Experience using CMS software. Ability to carry out tasks on Adobe creative suite; Photoshop, Dreamweaver and InDesign. Able to maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate initiative in a diverse role where every day is different. Willingness to learn and adapt role to best benefit the business. Passion and motivation to help build a brand. Desirable Experience in consumer ticketed or attraction marketing within leisure/culture/arts sectors. Experience in project management (using Monday). Interest in ecommerce. Experience in executing social media strategy. Experience using Salesforce CRM. Graphic design capabilities. Video editing skills.
