Amazon Marketing Manager, Experiential, Amazon Fresh Grocery in New York, New York

Description

We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Marketing Manager, Experiential for our Amazon Fresh team, responsible for driving various experiential touchpoints including our in-store sampling program and seasonal activation. In this role, you will drive the vision and execution for our sampling program and work with agency partners and internal teams to produce engaging seasonal experiential moments in store. You will work with marketing channel owners to promote activations broadly and advocate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly project manage while delivering long-term success. Most importantly, you work backwards from the customer to drive engaging programming while deep diving to identify and mitigate gaps.

Key job responsibilities

• Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to execute against the in-store experiential strategy.

• Build out and manage the evergreen sampling calendar across Private Label and National Brand demos.

• Dive deep into performance data to help prioritize locations for our efforts appropriately.

• Manage communication channels to ensure partner teams have visibility into the activations.

• Identify best practices while testing new ideas to continually optimize programming.

• Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, category, and design to deliver results and measure efforts.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs

  • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $64,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
