Industrial Color Marketing Manager Insights & Analytics - globaledit in New York, New York

Globaledit, a division of CoCreativ, is looking for a passionate Marketing Manager, Insight & Analytics to join our growing marketing team. We are the leading provider of a powerful SaaS platform that optimizes and accelerates creative production. CoCreativ is a family of integrated creative production companies based in New York City and Los Angeles with a well-established client base. Our Clients include leading fashion brands, retailers, and entertainment companies – including Morphe Cosmetics, L.L. Bean, Old Navy, and NBC.

The Marketing Manager, Insight & Analytics will play a critical role in defining and supporting our core marketing measurement methods along with providing strategic insight, and reporting needs across the business. As part of your role, you will function as the ambassador of our data, interfacing with Marketing and Product team members to improve key areas such as acquisition, product adoption and retention along with our programmatic efforts. Ultimately, helping the business to accelerate and scale its data management and business intelligence capabilities.

  • Augment how our current marketing and product team members evaluate, measure, and refine strategy by democratizing our data.

  • Partner with other marketing and product team members to refine performance metrics and goals (KPIs) based on the data insights you will drive - this includes optimization of programmatic acquisition (SEO/Social/Display/Paid Search).

  • Create, deliver and continuously improve our business measurement solutions and capabilities

  • Business Performance Reporting and Visualization: Be the primary lead for cross-functional stakeholders to understand performance marketing data and business intelligence - create data visualization dashboards and simulation to answer key business questions

  • When marketing performance is ahead or behind expectations, dig in to drive meaningful, actionable insights that help the business performance improve or double-down on success

  • ETL & Metric Design: Understand the systems and business processes that populate critical systems with data across the Tech stack (Marketo Engage, Segment, Salesforce, S3 etc.)

  • Translate complex reporting needs into technical specifications, including calculations, custom groups, parameters, filtering criteria, and/or aggregations

  • Deep-Dive Analysis: Analyze platform behavioral data to identify patterns, uncover opportunities, and create actionable insights and recommendations to drive growth

  • Build intuitive presentations, interfaces, infographics, and visualizations to tell stories with data across the MarTech stack

  • Present actionable insights to leadership

  • Lead and develop a channel-specific measurement, actionable insights, and roadmap that aligns with an overarching marketing data needs globally

  • Partnership: Partner closely with business stakeholders to identify and unlock opportunities, to improve platform capabilities around data modeling, testing platforms, data visualization, and data architecture

  • Explain data anomalies, develop data visualizations and reporting to drive key messaging and recommendations for the marketing team

We are currently operating in a hybrid work model with several days onsite and the balance of time working remote. New York City requires all employees working onsite to provide proof of vaccination status.


  • 5+ years of hands-on analytical work experience

  • 4+ years work experience using SQL and Python/R or other statistical programming languages

  • Demonstrated experience in the digital media, web analytics, and in-app ecosystem including ad serving, tracking, and reporting tools including, media platforms (Google Search, Adwords, Facebook, etc.) and attribution tools (Marketo Engage, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Deep working knowledge with data platforms such as Marketo Engage, Mixpanel, Segment, Google Analytics

  • Expertise manipulating large data sets, interpreting data trends and using a multitude of disparate data sources and tools

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply business strategy to data analysis and recommendations

  • Familiarity with data exploration and data visualization tools like Quicksite, Tableau or Looker etc

  • Ability to think strategically, analyze and interpret market and consumer data and trends

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant focus (i.e., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or Machine Learning)

  • Team player - willing to pull their sleeves up, no job too big or too small

Good to have

  • Good familiarity and understanding of various software SaaS platforms in Sales, Marketing, and digital asset management such as PPM, CMS, PIM, DAM, and DRM.

  • SEO, SEM, Programmatic experience
