Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our high performing Marketing Solutions team! The Marketing Manager, Marketing Solutions is responsible for developing strategic and compelling advertising pitches to address client challenges building off a strong value proposition for Clear Channel Outdoor’s products and evolving capabilities. Reporting to the Director, Marketing Solutions, the successful candidate will drive a collaborative partnership with the National Sales Group (NSG) and Clients Solutions Team (CST) to identify revenue opportunities and facilitate account growth across key verticals. The successful candidate to join this high functioning team will show a strong desire for Sales & Marketing integration and execution, combined with the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast paced environment.


  • Builds Marketing programs that merchandise Clear Channel Outdoor’s tech-driven products and capabilities for use by Account Executives to grow revenues and achieve business objectives.

  • Design and build marketing materials, playbooks and sales tools that address the needs of both new business and recurring business by proactively identifying trends and prospecting opportunities.

  • Collaborates with the National Sales Group and Client Solutions Team to develop strategies around account growth as it relates to key seasonal and vertical sales opportunities (examples: holidays, national days, sports & entertainment opportunities, automotive, beverage, QSR).

  • Applies a deep understanding of the sales cycle and where to make impact with compelling marketing solutions that represent Clear Channel Outdoor’s products.

  • Support the National Sales Group and Client Solutions Teams to develop impactful and effective marketing resources that are on-brand and shape the national perception of Clear Channel Outdoor and the Out-of-Home industry.

  • Partners with Research & Analytics Team to cultivate marketplace insights that navigate the company to new opportunities while helping to grow revenue share of existing customers.

  • Partners with corporate marketing teams on a project basis.

  • Supervise and lead direct reports.

  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Work Experience

  • 5+ years of sales or advertising marketing experience in a media sales or ad tech organization, with specific focus on strategic solutions directly supporting a sales team

  • Supervisory experience


  • Deep understanding of how advertising media is planned, bought and sold, knowledge of the unique aspects of the Out-of-Home media sector is a plus

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage workload effectively in a fast paced environment

  • Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Research & Data teams.

  • A passion for sales collaboration, project managing multiple tasks at any given time.

  • Proficiency in common Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Asana or similar project management software, knowledge of Adobe Creative suite and/or a plus ,as well as various social media platforms and ad media databases.
