Amazon Corporate LLC Marketing Manager, NAS Marketing & Creative in New York, New York

The NASM Collections team is focused on automating and driving discovery of cross-category marketing collections, including but not limited to Customers' Most-Loved (CML) (customer-validated, highly-rated), Internet Famous! (trending on social), Everyday Essentials (replenishment product), Premium (high average selling price), and Seasonal Favorites (seasonally relevant). The team is looking for a creative, customer-obsessed, highly entrepreneurial Marketing Manager with strong merchandising, organizational, and analytical skills. You will work closely with product, science, and engineering to develop, validate, scale, and automate new seasonal, event, and evergreen collections. You will own and manage requirements gathering, experimentation, and merchandising strategies supporting new collection development. You will define and optimize standard operating procedures, best practices, and playbooks in support of self-service merchandising and experimentation for new and existing collections. This role provides a great opportunity to make an outsized impact in a burgeoning space while collaborating closely with talented tech leaders to launch innovative marketing that unlocks cross-category discovery. The ideal candidate for this role will be a strong product marketer and project manager, who is hard-working, data-driven, detail-oriented, and curious. About the team The newly developed NAS Marketing & Creative team helps customers discover and engage with new, popular, and relevant products across categories. We do this by combining technology, science, innovation, marketing, and creativity to build new customer-facing features and experiences alongside cutting-edge tools for marketers. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: New York, NY, USA | Seattle, WA, USA - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or product management - Bachelor's degree - Experience participating in cross-functional projects - Strong analytic skills - able to use and interpret data to measure marketing programs - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and excellent organization skills - Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment - Ambitious self-starter with demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done - Experience executing and analyzing online experiments - Experience in DTC and e-commerce products/services Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $48,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $116,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
