Job Summary:

iHeartMedia NYC is looking for a seasoned Marketing & Promotions Project Manager who will work closely with programming, digital and sales to develop, coordinate, and execute successful, revenue generating campaigns; will supervise the brand to ensure the execution of all cluster initiatives; will build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with traditional and non-traditional advertising outlets; serve as the liaison to our community, corporate and media partners.


  • Create and develop top tier events and promotional opportunities

  • Work closely with sales and programming to develop revenue generating ideas

  • Day to day management of all station promotions

  • Act as Brand Ambassador for station(s)

  • Handle event production for station(s)

  • Develop and oversee all promotional and contest initiatives

  • Supervise stations contests including originating or adapting ideas, arranging prizes and managing rules


  • Strong Leadership/Management skills – ability to effectively manage and develop multiple employees in a high volume, fast paced, and creative environment

  • Proven track record for creating and developing promotions

  • Key strategic contacts and strong familiarity

  • Thorough understanding of digital goals and metrics

  • Working knowledge and understanding of Radio Programming essentials specifically individual formats and their target audiences

  • Ability to assist in maximizing terrestrial and digital revenue opportunities

  • Technical knowledge of the digital content/SOCIAL PLATFORMS/streaming and its application to radio.


  • High school diploma; 4-year college degree preferred (emphasis in Communications, Advertising or Marketing a plus)


  • Valid driver’s license

  • Proof of insurability
