The Marketing Systems Director will own and drive the overall management of internal workflow and content marketing systems, including but not limited to the Digital Asset Management (DAM), Media Asset Management (MAM) and Project Management platforms. In this role, the Director is responsible for partnering with Corporate teams to integrate Enterprise solutions for the Calvin Klein marketing divisions across the globe. This position will be responsible for leading, working with and aligning key senior stakeholders across the organization and in the regions in the development, deployment and management of the designated marketing systems. The position will work cross functionally to lead, manage and shape cultural change around an integrated digital roadmap for each current and forthcoming platforms to drive user adoption as part of an overall content ecosystem transformation.

This person should have experience managing online-based asset management systems in a creative or retail centric environment and should also have a clear understanding of how creative workflows can be facilitated by technology. This role requires a deep understanding of multiple digital file formats and an in-depth knowledge of workflow and content management systems. Must be detail oriented and be able to simultaneously manage multiple long-term projects. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must, as this role interacts with a wide variety of people at all levels of the organization. A working knowledge of copyright and intellectual property laws is valuable.


  • Oversee marketing systems team which manages the various digital asset and workflow platforms

  • Own road maps for adoption of new platforms and ensure a smooth and timely transition to new workflow and digital asset management tools for the wider organization

  • Develop and maintain user guides, best practices, and content management strategy across the organization

  • Register and train internal and external users

  • Manage user administration and rights permissions

  • As needed, responsible for daily management of content on the platform, including assigning metadata and keywords, uploading content, folder and file management, and troubleshooting

  • Regularly improve and evolve the organization’s content management functions

  • Monitor data insights regarding asset and workflow performance that identify platform usage and opportunities for ongoing improvements

  • Supervise seasonal global delivery of marketing content to the platform and ensure it is live and accurate



  • 8+ years professional experience working directly with digital content management and workflow systems.

  • Experience in a product-based volume business desired.

Education: Degree in Information Technology, Information Science, and/or Library Science preferred.


  • Capable of managing a large number of concurrent, high priority projects with minimal supervision

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with a variety of stakeholders with limited to advanced technical proficiency

  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and accurate

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

  • Must have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

  • Professional demeanor and proactive approach

  • Ability to interface with all levels within the organization
