Essential Functions

The Medical Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for implementing initiatives designed to facilitate the development of relationships between Spring Fertility physicians and physicians and key community stakeholders in order to increase referral volume and meet the needs of referring physicians.

  • Develop relationships with local medical providers to grow Spring’s patient-base through referrals

  • Establish medical specialist partners for Spring patients to be referred out to

  • Work with marketing team to create events, press, publicity and any necessary materials to build new referral relationships

  • Work closely with operations to ensure programming and patient experience support existing referral relationships

  • Build and establish marketing partnerships with value-add brands in the health, wellness and luxury space

  • Provide continuous feedback loop between Spring new patient coordinators and Spring providers to support our patients in receiving excellent care an delivering on our brand promise

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience: Previous experience working with physicians highly preferred.

  • License / Certification: Valid New York Driver’s License and vehicle.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong work ethic and commitment to service excellence.

  • Ability to work both independently in the field and with teams to accomplish results.

  • Superior sales and customer service skills.

  • Proven track record of successful relationship building and ability to meet productivity targets.

  • Ability to prioritize.

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent judgment, communication and organizational skills.
