We are calling for a seasoned seller and technical specialist to join our Kaizala Global Black Belt team to help us accelerate Office 365, Microsoft Teams and Kaizala market adoption in the Enterprise and Corporate segments. Microsoft Kaizala is not just a mobile messaging app, it’s much more than that, it is a simple, secure work management and messaging app which brings unique capabilities to Microsoft Teams making it ideal for the enterprise-grade needs of organizations.

Kaizala has the ability to connect and engage people both inside and outside of an organization’s directory – including contract workers, vendors, partners, suppliers, customers, and citizens – using large and flexible group types. Kaizala enables phone number-based identity for easy onboarding, and a simple user experience for messaging and work management through the open directory. Kaizala Pro gives you the ability to create and manage organizational groups, gather rich analytics, build custom integrations and workflows, and offers enterprise-grade security and compliance.

Kaizala delivers on three key promises:

  • Connect with anyone using the Kaizala open directory, enabling people to sign up with just a phone number, and is scalable to millions of users

  • Secure work management integrated with messaging and video - Built-in action cards such as survey, poll, job, training, and location sharing enable you to coordinate work and securely collect information

  • Digitize business processes – Kaizala’s extensible platform enables you to build custom line-of-business action cards and gather business insights using in-built reporting and analytics

Responsibilities

As a Kaizala Solution Specialist in the Global Black Belt team, you will be joining a team of highly skilled and cross-disciplined individuals who drive strategic, innovative, and in many cases, complex customer projects. Being part of the Kaizala Global Black Belt team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with product engineers, sales teams, marketing teams, and external integration partners to influence the evolution of Kaizala, Teams and our First Line and open directory technologies.

You will be responsible for:

  • Influencing the customer and market decisions to buy, consume, and transform their organizations with Microsoft’s Modern workplace Firstline and Value Chain technologies, while ensuring a positive Customer and Partner Experience (CPE)

  • Leading a cross-organizational v-team to drive current customer migrations into Teams and strategic sales, orchestrating resources, programs and tools to drive high impact deployments that enable digital transformation and deliver strong business outcomes.

  • Influencing the Kaizala company strategies by providing feedback to sales, marketing, and engineering on current and future product requirements and sales blockers you encounter.

  • Building capability in the broader seller community to drive Kaizala and Teams solutions with customers, by coaching, mentoring, sharing best practices and delivering training activity.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and professional experiences:

  • Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of JavaScript, Object Programming, JSON Structures, Workflows across platforms, BOTs and other complementary technical skills.

  • Sales Leader/Business Value Seller: Disciplined in business-management, meeting sales targets and operational standards. Demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders within customer and own organization to position the product in our customers, removing technical blockers and driving usage scenarios.

  • Deep understanding of Communications/Teamwork solutions in mobile-first area value, key areas of differentiation, and knowledge to create industry-centric use cases for the solution area.

  • Excellent Communicator and Collaborator: Strong relationship building, negotiation, organizational, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate across teams and drive meaningful outcomes with corporate, field, partner and customer stakeholders. Commanding knowledge of written and verbal English is a MUST.

  • Communications: Experienced at driving messaging and communications solutions to full production roll out and solving technical challenges encountered through the project implementation. Strong synthesizer of tools, services and resources with own expertise to build complete end to end solutions.

Professional Experience:

  • Sales Experience: 10+ years recognized and rewarded experience selling business solutions to large/global enterprise customers

  • Industry/Solution Knowledge: Awareness of nuances in large industries and/or solutions and the scenarios of collaboration in them

  • Knowledge of Cloud Platform: Strong understanding of Cloud Platforms capabilities and role it plays in solutions.

  • Competitive Landscape: Firm understanding of Microsoft's Firstline/Value Chain technologies relative to major competitors.

  • Partner Knowledge: Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a technology-related discipline, or in Business Administration (required)

  • Master’s degree (preferred)

  • Certification in technical specialties, sales management, sales methodologies, broad evangelism through events (presentation skills), and consultative selling
