JPMorgan Chase New Business Ventures SWAT Team Lead in New York, New York
New Business Ventures (NBV) drives innovation that seeds new businesses and enhances existing ones. Focusing on clients and prospects across MMBSI, CCBSI, and CRE in the US and globally, the team focuses on \"Horizon 2\" business models, capabilities, and products. We are seeking a seasoned leader with experience in managing cross-functional teams, digital strategy, agile squad management, and technical innovation.
Core Functional Responsibilities
You will lead the SWAT team which consists of cross-functional squads of Product Managers, Designer, UX Researchers, and Developers
The SWAT team is tasked with bringing concepts to prototypes in a short period of time to test the viability of new, digital businesses
The SWAT team is organized into "product squads" that can be deployed against the highest priority/or most complex business ventures in partnership with the Lines of Business (LOB)
15+ years of experience with background in digital innovation
Team player with the ability to influence and drive change across a broad group of constituents
Ability to think critically, develop structure and solve problems in a pragmatic and balanced way
Seasoned in managing high performing employees across multiple disciplines and/or locations
Experience as an external entrepreneur or a corporate "intrapreneur"
Project/Program Management and Process Improvement skills
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work at different levels of the organization and across teams
