Youth Athletes United (Super Soccer Stars, Amazing Athletes, Little Rookies, TGA) is looking to hire a full-time NYC Metro Schedule Administrator to join our team! We are looking for someone who genuinely loves children, athletics and working with the community. The NYC Metro Schedule Administrator is responsible for scheduling, promoting, and managing logistics for all weekly classes in the New York Metro region for all Youth Athletes United programs

NYC Metro Schedule Administrator oversees class management, customer management and program growth within the region. You work well behind the scenes by using data, proactive planning and clear communication to ensure a positive class experience for our customers. You're a social butterfly, who likes to connect with team members across various departments to ensure that information is concise and that the team is set up for success. Data is your friend, and you enjoying having your finger on the pulse by analyzing trends and looking for opportunities to expand our reach within the community.


Class Management

  • Seasonal schedule strategy and set up for classes open to the public

  • Manage all class logistics, changes, and updates

  • Communicate logistics between departments and to coaches to ensure program success

  • Oversight of programming with team on days out of office

Customer Management

  • Maintain connection to customers and ensure YAU standards are exceeded

  • Help customers find and enroll for classes over the phone, via email and in person

  • Visit locations for check-ins, class observations to oversee quality and opportunities for growth

  • Communicate program detail reminders to customers

  • Oversee resolution process for all escalated issues

Program Growth

  • Coordinate with existing partners and develop new business relationships.

  • Liaise with the management to review P&L reports and effectively manage budget and control expenses.

  • Oversee enrollment and re-enrollment strategy

  • Support grassroots marketing campaigns to promote camp programming.

  • Continually implement strategies to increase enrollment and attendance.

Must be located in NYC Metro area.

Bachelor’s Degree

Passion for sports and children

Project Management experience

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
