The Brand Manager –is responsible for developing and implementing effective business and marketing plans to enhance the Brand/s and drive growth in the market, in close collaboration with key business stakeholders.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible to manage and drive marketing plans that serve the Team Sports categories for the brand and the business
Delivers a holistic 360 communication plan in North America by bringing together all of the cross marketing functions and consumer touch points.
Coordinate and involve all the different marketing functions in the execution of the Brand plans
Has a deep consumer connection with the young GenZ/Millennnial Team Sport consumer and has the ability to build new consumer experiences that accelerate brand and business growth.
Plans and executes seasonal brand initiatives and works closely with the Key Account Trade Marketing Manager to implement the brand stories that resonate with the Team Sport athlete.
Establish strong relationships and a thorough understanding of the customer and/or consumer to maximize potential
Contribute to the development and monitoring of the Marketing Budget
Bachelor’s degree required
5 years of experience
Very Strong computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to convert analysis into insights, sustainable strategies, and actionable plans
Dynamic Presentation Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong Interpersonal and influencing skills
Strong attention to detail
