Bright Power Outreach Specialist (Temporary) Full-Time in New York, New York
Bright Power is looking for motivated and energetic people to be part of a phone outreach team to support a green multifamily housing data collection effort this summer. The positions will run up to 8 weeks, beginning immediately. The green multifamily outreach team will power a large and accelerated effort to engage multifamily property owners and managers who participated in a green finance program. Bright Power is analyzing the results of energy and water efficiency efforts across the country.
Successful team members will be:
Comfortable with phone communication and possessing strong communication skills
Enthusiastic, energetic and polite
Quick learners -- willing to learn new processes and skills
Proficient with logging data and shared online work tools
Interested in Bright Power's vision of eliminating the negative impacts of the built environment
Callers will receive training and support from Bright Power's outreach team as well as background information on the green housing program, program requirements, and answers to commonly asked questions.
This position offers a competitive hourly rate and is based out of Bright Power's downtown Manhattan office.
