Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP Paralegal - Litigation ( Hybrid ) in New York, New York

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading global law firms with almost 4,000 lawyers and staff in 30 offices, is seeking a Paralegal for the litigation practice group reporting to the Senior Manager of Legal Practice Support. This position may reside in one of our U.S. offices and will be responsible for providing project assistance and case management to attorneys and trial teams as follows:

General litigation responsibilities include:
Document and database maintenance; analyzing data as required using computer-assisted review technologies
Assisting with discovery requests and document productions
Assisting with drafting, proofing, editing, and filing court briefings for state and federal jurisdictions
Cite-checking and Bluebooking briefs, memoranda, White Papers, etc.
Creating Tables of Authorities and Tables of Contents for court briefings
Calendaring all events/deadlines with the Calendaring Department
Tracking and communicating case-related dates and information
Assisting with pre-, daily, and post-trial travel, court, and vendor logistics
Witness preparation, creation of direct- and cross-examination binders
Daily trial attendance, exhibit logging/tracking

Experience/Qualifications
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
A minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience; experience in litigation including labor and employment matters strongly desired
Bilingual in Spanish is strongly desired
Experience in filing requirements, cite-checking, and trial preparation/presentation is essential; experience with Federal and State court filings a required
The ability to handle the multiple responsibilities of case management and trial preparation in a fast-paced team environment and to be detail-oriented
Familiarity with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel is required; understanding of litigation support systems including Case Notebook, Relativity, and Sanction is strongly desired.
Proofreading and editing skills a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
