Meta is seeking a Partner Solutions Manager Intern to work with the Partnerships teams to help accelerate our commerce efforts, drive commerce best practices, and facilitate an optimal commerce experience for our sellers.This role will work closely with these same sellers and creators, helping them use Facebook’s family of apps and portfolio of commerce products, while acting as a conduit between our support and product teams.This role sits on the Commerce Partnerships team at Meta. We are the external arm of our commerce business, working with the world’s largest and most exciting brands using our suite of “Shops” commerce products. This is a 12 week summer intern position.

Required Skills:

  1. Work closely with managed creator and seller teams to drive adoption of performant commerce products

  2. Coordinate between seller and Facebook family of apps and support teams to ensure troubleshooting and issue resolution

  3. Partner with product and support teams to ensure sellers are able to use Facebook’s family of apps most effectively

  4. Partner with product support teams to build proper infrastructure to further improve technical and operational support processes

  5. Quickly ramp up on Meta’s suite of Commerce products and processes

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, an MBA degree

  2. Experience in account management, partnerships, support, or operations

  3. Experience solving complex problems in a collaborative environment

  4. Experience handling multiple projects at once that require context switching and prioritization

  5. Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Intent to return to degree-program after the completion of the internship/co-op

  2. Experience in eCommerce

  3. Ability to quickly learn complex products to be able to serve as an expert for other parties

  4. Experience working independently and track record of taking initiative
