Industrial Color Photo Producer in New York, New York

The Photography Producer is the primary account leader managing multiple client accounts for Industrial Color based in our Tribeca Location. He/she/they is the contact for day-to-day Production for assigned clients in the studios including scheduling resources, booking talent, coordinating shoots, managing client relations, project management, retouching, editing and final deliverables and physical inventory databases. The right candidate has a keen understanding of eCommerce production with a scalable approach to be able to partner with clients on their evolving content needs. He/she/they is client focused, loves production, career driven, possesses exceptional skills and is a team player.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Working with Clients to plan ongoing and upcoming production

  • Scheduling internal and external resources to ensure clients objectives are completed on time and on budget.

  • Prepare estimates for clients and final invoicing / reconcile and submit all resource invoices

  • Manage and manipulate databases and workflow applications that will track inbound, in progress and completed work requests.

  • Examine various data points across multiple systems (including Workhorse, Creative Force, Google Sheets, Excel and globaledit) to create reports detailing workload and resource allocation for review by management.

  • Owns communication and distributes priority requests for production and postproduction.

  • Create and track budgeted expenses with accountability to stay within budget

  • Maintain inventory control systems that electronically track status of all physical samples that flow through the department, in partnership with Merchandise Management

  • Manage the sample lockups, in partnership with Merchandise Management.

  • Collaborating with inter and intra-departmental team members to complete both short and long term projects on time and on budget.


  • At Least 5 Years eCommerce Production, ideally with experience in both PDP and Digital Content

  • Strong organization skills with ability to work directly with clients, studio team and crew

  • Self-starter with a hunger for

  • Ability to organize time and meet deadlines, manage workflow, ad hoc freelance support team and prioritize effectively; ability to effectively manage downtime

  • Ability to work autonomously once trained on internal, shared workflows and resources
