Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire a Pitches & Proposals Coordinator.

The Pitches & Proposals Coordinator is a key member of the firm's RFP response team and will utilize excellent writing, project management, research, and analytical skills to assist in the development of compelling pitches and responses to requests for proposal for practice and industry groups across the firm.

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with strong abilities to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize appropriately, work efficiently, learn quickly, and remain flexible to changes in work schedule.

This position will reside in our Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, or Washington, D.C., office with a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinates, drafts, edits, and manages content to support development of RFI's, RFP's, preferred provider submissions, and tailored cross-practice pitches.

Tracks and assesses metrics related to RFP submissions.

Implements the firm's standards for responding to RFP's.

Coordinates with colleagues cross-functionally on responses.

Experience and qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and three years of marketing experience, preferably in a law firm or other professional services/consulting organization; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent writing, editing, and research skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as manage projects and assignments in a collaborative team environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build relationships, and work collaboratively, with a wide range of individuals across all levels of professional staff and lawyers at the firm.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ability to adapt to new software programs.

Adept at database/information management with a desire and aptitude to learn database technology and concepts, familiarity with the CRM tool InterAction a plus.
