Planner, Wholesale (PVH Dress Shirts) - PVH

The Wholesale Merchandise Planner will be an active partner in managing assortment/merchandise planning for PVH Dress Shirt brands Wholesale Business. They will be responsible for planning Style/SKU needs by brand, analyzing SKU productivity and seasonal adoption rates as well as providing margin targets and pricing at the style/program level to ensure all profitability and financial metrics are met. In addition, the Merchandise Planner will forecast and communicate out projected unit demand by brand and program based on seasonal product strategy. This position collaborates heavily with sales, design, supply, and product development partners to develop the Dress Shirt lines and achieve our companies financial goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Build seasonal SKU Plans by brand and program

  • Analyze and identify opportunities to improve SKU efficiency and adoption rates by monitoring seasonal development and in-season sales productivity

  • Develop seasonal margin targets by brand and program tying back to profitability metrics set by finance

  • Monitor margins throughout seasonal development, working closely with supply on costing process

  • Flag and communicate out any risk to achieving margin targets, while actively working with design and supply teams to find a solve for at risk styles

  • Set pricing for new programs while adhering to margin targets, maintain price matrix for all existing programs and communicate out to key partners any changes

  • Participate in key design meetings, seasonal kick offs, line adoption, line finalization and assortment reviews

  • Ensure style/sku planning attributes are consistent with evolving product line architecture, partnering with product development team on system maintenance

  • Forecast projected units by brand/program/style based on product strategy

  • Provide future unit capacity plans to supply planning teams in order to negotiate costing

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3-5 years of experience in merchandising, planning, or distribution

  • Advanced knowledge in Excel (advanced functions/Pivot Tables) and strong Powerpoint skills

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Must have strong time management skill and ability to handle multiple priorities

  • Experience in Wholesale Planning, preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range:$83,050 - $102,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
