PVH Corp. Planning Assistant - CALVIN KLEIN in New York, New York

POSITION SUMMARY: Support planning team by coordinating data entry and business analysis reporting for Company Store teams (i.e. men's, women’s kids & accessories).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Planning Responsibilities:

  • Manage promotional data entry process.

  • Enter Divisions promos into IP by becoming proficient in the IP Planning system.

  • Manage store groups in IP based on test groups/region.

  • Based on already determined promotional direction draft memo to be communicated to stores.

  • Publishing of POS memos to Store Operations.

  • Field questions from stores regarding promotions not ringing correctly.

  • Generate ad hoc scheduled Monday morning reports.

  • Seasonal inventory comp reports, Core Selling Recaps, Full Price and Clearance recaps, etc.

  • Pulling data using IPDW and creation of reports with this data, at the request of your planner/planning manager.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience : Some related experience in a retail environment a plus

Education: College graduate and/or industry trained professional

Skills:

  • Technical knowledge in PC based systems and application software such as Island Pacific, or JD Arthur a plus

  • Strong communication and problem solving skills

  • Flexible to deadline demands, ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

  • Team oriented

  • Excel proficiency
