To meet this goal, Amazon is investing heavily to innovate and provide best in class services in the Last Mile delivery space. In the Last Mile Transporter Experience and Technology (TExT) team, we own the global transporter experience for delivering all Amazon packages, groceries, ultra fast Prime Now deliveries, and more. The Last Mile Transporter Experience powers multiple platforms like mobile and embedded van display and works in concert with our logistics and technology to guide transporters through the delivery journey.

The role:

Our transporters deliver in many different use cases, ranging from single-family home, apartment units behind a locked gate, college campus, to countryside residences worldwide. This role sets transporters up for success by identifying new methods of helping them be more efficient, productive and successful in delivering to existing and new places where customers experience getting an Amazon delivery or service. This in turn helps Amazon achieve promise to the customers.

This role is inherently cross-functional-this leader will work closely with engineering, program management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, and executive teams to bring products to market, develop and grow business opportunities, and enhance our existing products and features.
