NB Private Equity is leading private equity platform within Neuberger Berman with over $80 billion of investor commitments. NB Alternatives continues to grow rapidly and is actively investing.
The intern position provides an opportunity to work across a leading private equity platform in the areas listed above in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with constant interaction with the most senior members of the team. In addition to these existing funds, the group manages other private equity-related fund strategies and products.
December 2022 or Spring 2023 Bachelor's degree candidate with strong academic background in a technical field.
Excel “power user” - SQL, VBA, Python and programming skills are preferred.
Strong process-oriented background and ability to demonstrate keen operational awareness.
Outstanding analytical skills with a proven ability to problem-solve in a high-pressure and time-critical environment.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills are required to operate in a complex, global environment.
Desire to work in a collaborative team environment while also working independently with minimal oversight.
Proficiency in Bloomberg a plus.
