Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP Process Analyst in New York, New York

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire a Process Analyst who will assist across all firm departments to identify and develop simple yet comprehensive processes that meet organizational standards.

Reporting to the Director of Knowledge Solutions Operations and Engagement, the Process Analyst will have a deep understanding of products and services and software to translate complex information into simple, polished, and engaging content for all audiences.
This position can reside in most US offices and offers a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule. Regular working hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards.

Collaborating with other departments to design, implement and enhance new processes to solve specific business problems.

Obtains a deep understanding of products, services, and software for the ease of translation to the firm.

Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement.

Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.

Research, create and maintain information architecture templates that uphold firm standards and allow for easy knowledge transfer.

Develop content in all firms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation.

Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements.

Participate in the problem resolution.

Experience and qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in finance, MIS, or a related field, and minimum 2 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred experience with Qlik, Tableau, SQL Server / Access and VBA

Advanced arithmetic skills (compute rate, ratio, percent; able to draw and interpret graphs and charts)

Ability to solve practical problems, dealing with a variety of variables where little standardization exists
