  • This position reports to the VP, On-Air Graphics & Design for CBS Sports.

  • Prepare all sponsorship integrations into CBS Sports programming from concept to air.

  • Develop the creative strategy and solutions that are needed to bring sponsor needs to life within our programming while making certain that the integration works within the broadcast.

  • Interact with agencies, sales, management and designers.

  • Have an ability to speak to the business side and the design side of the business.

  • Meet with sales and agencies to create and formulate a plan from the initial conceptualization and follow it through to the on-air production including opening animations, features, transitions, set design and scripts.

  • Ensure that the execution adheres to the CBS Sports graphic look.

  • Pitch ideas and discuss integrations with leadership to confirm alignment.

  • Meet with Associate Directors, directors and producers to ensure that the integration works within the framework of the show.

  • Work on schedules, budgets and negotiate fair pricing.

  • Manage Broadcast Associates.


  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of studio and remote sports production experience.

  • Complete understanding of the remote and studio broadcasts.

  • Working knowledge of sports graphics sales integration is preferred.

  • An acute instinct and awareness of what works and what "looks good" within the broadcast.

  • Strong communication and writing skills.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
